It's that time of year again, time for the KFAN Preposterous Statement Tournament! I just wanted to congratulate a couple of Twins Daily writers who made the list! 

First, John Bonnes is going against Vikings QB Kellen Mond:

Regarding the Bonnes entry: if Satire qualifies for this preposterous Preposterous Statement contest, they should just hand the award hardware to Randballs Stu and not drag out the suspense.

A couple years ago I created a petition to rename Twins Daily to “Kool-Aid Daily” but couldn’t get any signatures.  

That bit of sarcasm aside, I do think Bonnes is a lock for the Sweet Sixteen. That comment will definitely cover the spread in the opening round - bank it!

Mond +22

Moneyline: Bonnes -175 ?

Over/Under votes: 1,200 (wild guess)
