Hendriks has a good enough curve and change that he shouldn't use the slider. The slider is a huge part of his problem with RHB. Today we've already seen RHB swing and miss against the curve. I see this as a good adjustment by Liam.

I am developing a mancrush on Escobar.
Well, when you're Jeff Reboulet, I imagine it's pretty easy to crush on middle infielders with a bit of pop.

Back when Jeff Reboulet played I purchased a fantasy baseball magazine that had write ups on every player. I'll never forget Jeff's write up...Reboulet is a French word meaning "bottom of the barrel".

Good baserunning to Mornie to get to third? I'm just "watching" by the Yahoo play-by-play and he scampered over from first on a single to "shallow center".

 

Of course Dozier makes it moot with his triple...

Well, with two outs he was already around 2nd by the time the ball landed.

 

It was also a broken bat looper that hung in the air just long enough to get over the shortstop.
