Seth Stohs Site Manager Posted November 11, 2019 Posted November 11, 2019 As Expected, Astros DH Yordan Alvarez was the unanimous choice for AL Rookie of the Year, ahead of O's LHP John Means and Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe. Luis Arraez received a 2nd place vote and two 3rd place votes and finished sixth. Eloy Jimenez finished fourth and Cavan Biggio finished 5th. Mets 1B Pete Alonso was one vote shy of a unanimous win in the National League.
