Never been there myself, so i can't say much. Sounds like a very nice island community, though. And if i am not mistaken, it is far enough off shore to benefit from the gulf stream.

 

Being New England and all, it probably had something to do with some of the less savory trades way back when, like whaling.

 

But i suppose if i am feeling like being prolific, i should consider introducing another game thread...
