Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Twins just about ready to break this game open. Can just feel it.Yikes, I am feeling the opposite tonight. Hope you are right!

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 I have less positive feelings as docbauer
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Ummm....maybe I'm an inning early? Lol
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 OMG...I am so stupid! Lol But man enough to admit I am. I just GOT the ice cream commercial on MLB. I always missed the part where Sale said the ice cream was on him. NOW I get it! (Shaking head)
spinowner Provisional Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 What a catchAnd came up firing to 2B. With the ball being foul the runner should have been tagging.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Other than catcher (possibly), this seems to be the best defensive lineup we can field.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 5 hits yesterday, only 2 today so far! Who do the Twins think they are? The Dodgers?
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Stagnant is a good word to describe the offense tonight. Let's goooooo
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Joe must have read my comment during his at bat
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Two run homer would be nice...!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Boy do we need a big hit or what
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Two run homer would be nice...!I'd settle for a balk if necessary. Don Walcott and h2oface 2
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Rosario's average has dropped from .303 on August 21st, to .286. How about some runs for Berrios!
Darius Verified Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 This team's in trouble if they drop this series. Angels and Yankees just keep winning, and we're giving games away to teams behind us (Royals and Rays). Not feeling real great about where we're headed (on terms of the playoffs this year).
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Berrios pitching too well not to get some support.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Even when the Twins offense isn't putting across runs, they seem to consistently run the pitch count up. It's impressive to see the opposing pitcher pulled in the middle of the 6th inning after giving up just 1 run and 3 hits/2 walks. DocBauer 1

He was absolutely owning the Twins tonight.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Berrios is lucky to have only given up 2 runs today. He is really not dominant, and totally struggling. I commend him for hanging in there. He needs some moxie to get out of this inning unscathed.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 I think if Berrios comes out, I wonder if there will be a catching switch soon to follow
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Should be last batter if Jose can't get him
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 5, 2017 Posted September 5, 2017 Some umps would have called every pitch in this at bat a strike! Too bad this ump is so accurately correct.
