Game Thread Twins v Indians. 9/10 6:10. CDT

Sheep. Every person in attendance is a mindless, propaganda-loving sheep.

As one of those sheep, I was giving a guy who has worked hard for a long time some credit. Good on him for making it to The Show regardless of the circumstances. I was not cheering the front office. I was congratulating his accomplishment.

Which version of Star Trek?  Kirk or Picard?

Kirk!

Don't go making sense on us now.

4 innings, 4 hits, 4 walks.

A nice, clean, efficient 2.00 WHIP.

and only 1 run allowed.  unbelievable  http://i42.tinypic.com/2re6wk6.gif

Kirk!

Picard!

for no other reason than to be contrary

Any discussion of the Picard show really should to be post- Wesley.  Kirk never would have let him on his ship.

I want to see Clevenger, and his "windup" face off against Kevin Youkilis, and his "batting stance." The most annoying PA in history.

Could add Nomar's pre-pitch routine in there to slow things down a bit. If I recall that was quite the ordeal.

[Willihammer]

Garner's FB is Deduno-esque

[Platoon]

Where I really liked Shatner was in Boston Legal as Denny Crane. A man with no parameters whatsoever!

[tharasix]

Have they mentioned why Clevinger left on any of the broadcasts?

[Craig Arko]

So after working a ten-hour shift today followed by another tomorrow, the simple truth is obvious.

See ya later.

Boston Legal was a great show.  Shatner was great in it!

[Willihammer]

Speaking of Deduno, last seen relieving in the O's organization.

2016 numbers-

10 games, 1 start, 18 IP, 1.5 BB/9, 11.5 K/9.

Only thing is they had him in the GCL!

Take it easy and take some time off!

No explanation on the CLE broadcast. I'd guess it was the rocky first couple innings, pitch count, score, etc.

Imagine an 18-year-old kid trying to track that movement.

Did you just find my new avatar for me?

[Squirrel]

Geez, reading this game thread thus far you'd think the Twins were behind 10-0

[Platoon]

I too am outa here. Taking granddaughter to a fireworks display in honor of some German who defeated the Romans in 9 A.D. I am not sure of the war years, but I think this might be the 2007th consecutive celebration!

Do you like my current one? Jimmer and Vanimal were big fans of it.

I think it was because CLE pulled Clevinger out of the bullpen for tonights start.

I think you can do better.

There is some obligatory Chief joke in there somewhere.  I wonder which side he was on.
