I really hope Paul Molitor has the good sense to leave Rosario, Buxton and Hicks in the outfield for...oh, the next several years. Buxton made two great catches in C, and you know Hicks and Rosario will make their share of great plays in the corners.

 

I really like Torii Hunter, but his playing days are pretty much done. After seeing this trio in the outfield, Hunter should not move off the bench. 40 is just too old for a major league outfielder.

Torii Hunter is exactly the guy you want... If it's the eighth inning of a tie game and you need a hitter with some pop.

 

But starting a game? Nah, maybe not so much.

Kepler has a bat but he's a step down from Rosario, Hicks, and Buxton in the field. A good corner OF but not a natural MLB CF.

Well, maybe if the Twins trade Plouffe they can move Sano to 3B, Mauer to DH, and Kepler to 1B, with him also being the subtitute OF on days when Hicks, Buxton,or Rosario need a rest. Neither Rosario nor Hicks (at least at age 22) did what Kepler has done at Chattanooga.
