Happy Thursday! 

Today is National Spouses Day! So make sure to tell your better half that you love them today.... Maybe surprise them with something special! That way you can take some pressure off of Valentine's Day coming up.... 

Today is also National Peanut Brittle Day! I am a fan of this candy, but don't have it often. 

Today is also National Green Juice Day! A girl in my office loves making green juice, and often times I'll have the leftovers.... Not too bad! 

On this day in 1988, "The Phantom of the Opera" made its' debut on Broadway! It has gone on to be Broadway's longest running shows, and the most financially successful event in entertainment history!

My spouse is buying a car today. :)

 

I love peanut brittle. It goes well with beer, coffee, or milk.

 

These days I need to get the softer varieties, though.
