Come on now North! Ketchup works with just about everything out there. 

I was deployed to Saudi Arabia in 2001, and this young man would go get his dinner, bring it back to work, open up his food container and, from across the huge pre-fab 'tent' we worked in, I could instantly smell the ketchup.  No Joke, every day, including Thanksgiving Day.  He put it on everything!

 

I've pretty much given up on ketchup unless I have scrambled eggs, which I rarely have (though I did today).

I don't blame you... It's amazing how scents ruin condiments and food items for us. 

My non-Canadian college roommate was a horrible cook. Whenever he needed to eat something in a pinch, which seemed like more often than not, he would make spaghetti-o's.. Just the scent of spaghetti-o's makes me want to vomit.

Concur about spaghetti-os.  I won't buy them.

 

Why couldn't he just make Ramen/Cup o Noodles like the rest of us did when we were poor and/or in a hurry.  Or even still, Microwave a hot dog? :-)

The worst on burgers, hot dogs, fries and breakfast sausage. Any decent burger joint worth it' salt does not use ketchup.

Fried egg is awesome on a burger. I wish it was offered at more places (cough McDonalds cough). With a still runny yoke ideally.

Not sure I'd trust McDonald's to make a quality fried egg on their burgers... Most sit down restaurants that offer fried egg on a burger I jump on it.

Too many days to announce today! 

But, on this day in 1964, ABC replaced their folk music TV show "Hootenanny" with "Shindig!" where they featured rock and roll bands... The show lasted until 1966.
