sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 After 1, Twins 1, Jays 0 on a Dozier double, moved to 3rd on a Hunter fly and came in on a dropped fly from Mauer. Thanks! (I'm going to remember to look both ways before updating the circus boy...)
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Oh for Gawds sake. I say give Boyer 5 innings.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 I just threw up in my mouth a little.I'm glad you saved your wife the trouble of cleaning a stain off your shirt.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Oooh, Colo, I do love you so.....said me never.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Thanks!(I'm going to remember to look both ways before updating the circus boy...) Have at it. I'll gladly cede the entire field to you today. Looks like Ricky will get another Mri or something.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Oh for Gawds sake. I say give Boyer 5 innings. Now look what you've done.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Tommy Milone is probably going to get a phone call soon.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 I too am speculating who comes in... I was kinda hoping it would be Graham, and Gameday confirmed it for me.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Tommy Milone is probably going to get a phone call soon. Or at least the Rochester coaching staff, and he will feature prominently in the ensuing discussion...
Twodogs Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Not sure, but I do know that it would be fun to be his wife. http://www.playerwives.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/brian-doziers-wife-renee-dozier-meetup.jpegDon't say stuff like that in prison. Just letting you know.
JB_Iowa Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 So this is why Molitor was stashing J.R. in the bullpen.
mnsportsgeek Provisional Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 I don't mean to sound insensitive. I hope Ricky's injury isn't serious and it stinks that he had to leave early. But did he really have to let the runner advance to 3rd before coming out?
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Have at it. I'll gladly cede the entire field to you today. Looks like Ricky will get another Mri or something. Oh, sorry... Ricky Nolasco had a twinge after a pitch, Molitor came out to see what's up. He threw a few trial pitches, then the game continued with two solid hits by the Blue Jays (including a Colabello hit that extends his streak to 11 games) and leaving runners at the corners in an outless inning. Now Graham, our rule 5 draftee from Atlanta, is taking the mound for the damage control. Satisfactory CBU?
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Graham is built like an ick it ouse.
Twodogs Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Tommy Milone is probably going to get a phone call soon.Yeah I was thinking the same thing, didn't Milone get sent down when Nolasco came back?
Twodogs Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 I really hope Nolasco doesn't need Tommy John, by the time he would come back it will be about the end of his contract. Kinda like Pelf.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Really good decision by Plouffe, to come home for the out rather than try to turn two. Ball wasn't hit hard enough to turn it.
mnsportsgeek Provisional Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Oh look, another error for Santana.
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Author Posted May 31, 2015 Have to get to Hutchinson in the next inning or two and make this a bullpen battle. The Jays pen is every bit as suspect as the Twins.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 First things first, lets get out of this inning.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Don't say stuff like that in prison. Just letting you know.Oh, sorry. I'm putting on my face of utmost penitence. Oh, and hopefully I'll never have to say anything in prison.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 First things first, lets get out of this inning.Your word is their command.
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted May 31, 2015 Author Posted May 31, 2015 That could have been much worse....whew!
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 OK. Could'a been worse. Graham did a nice job, all in all. 1st and 3rd, no outs, he was a weak flare from getting out of the inning. We got this.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 First things first, lets get out of this inning. Done and done. But a bases loaded 2 out looper scores 2 to give the Blue Jays a 2-1 CBU through half of 2 innings.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted May 31, 2015 Posted May 31, 2015 Crap, my dirt is here. I gotta go move 2 pallets of limestone now.
