Sitting here gazing blankly at the scoreboard, I am reminded of when we made Liam Hendriks pitch the same day as FiFi. At least I think that's the way it went. If I remember correctly, he pitched a complete game and we lost 1-0. So to bring up my original point about face the bad guys against the good guys, why, it seems to improve their pitching.
