The Twins should be real patient with Verlander tonight.... even if he blanks them, if they can rack up a high pitch count quickly, they get to the Detroit pen, who has nothing left at this point.

Can everyone now agree (except KLaw, of course), that KLaw was just a little off in his assessment of Kennys Vargas?

I think he had legitimate concerns but as can be the case with KLaw, hyperbole overrode legitimate concern and turned into click bait.

 

There are still concerns about Vargas. His success is exciting but PAs 100-300 will be very telling.
