For the most part I enjoy this show but geez most of these celebs are ignorant about basic American History.

5. Relationships -- Both my sons have girlfriends and not once have they asked my advice. After all... I've been married for 24 years. And prior to getting married... I was active on the market. Yet... Not once... have they come to me for advice. It's probably a good thing... because I asked my father for advice once in my teens. He said "Relationships are like Garage Sales... They look good from the street until you get closer and you find out there is nothing here that you need".

I used to catch part of the Antiques Roadshow and it always amazed me when people brought in priceless ornaments and crap they found at garage sales. What neighborhoods were they going to? All I've ever found were used diapers and trashy romance novels but I have plenty of those at home already

I don't suppose we play the Astros 15 times in September, otherwise the rest of the season might not be ideal.

 

I would be more ok with the poor record if I thought they was some momentum for next year, but they seem to be regressing.  They were more entertaining to watch the first third of the year.

Yeah and Nolasco got absolutely crushed tonight from what I saw. Bad enough as it is, the 5-0 final score probably doesn't reflect it. He's not even pitching to the level he was at before he went on DL.

CORRECTION:

 

Both Nolasco and Gardy said they thought Nolasco pitched pretty well. So there's that.

So it was a one game series against the Indians?  And why did the Royals decide to trade for all these guys, they were doing so well with the team they had.
