I was at the game - I had front row seats on the overhang in right field. Oswaldo was looking up at the screen behind me while they replayed the play at 1st under review. I yelled down, "hey Oswaldo, hit one up here," and waved my glove at him. He acknowledged me with a smile and a nod. That was his next at bat. 

 

I think he was mad that he didn't deliver.... ;-)

I like the edge that arcia has. He is a competitor.

It would have been just the Twins' luck if one of the splinters flew into his eye, but we dodged that bullet!  That was an impressive snap, as bat snaps over the knee go.

That wasn’t very good breaking it over your knee, but he's been busting his tail. I'm real proud of that kid, because it hasn't been going great for him, and he's been battling pretty damn hard.''

It sounds like RG is willing to let Arcia work through it, which is encouraging. I liked watching him up close: he is receptive to fans, and seems like a good teammate as well.
