No my first was born in 87. 83 was the summer before I met my wife, and I had just finished rehabbing my 3rd knee reconstruction. I went a little wild.

Seriously if you're in about your 30's and your foot just seems to stay sore, ask your doctor about gout.

 

(It's one of those things that often seems to get overlooked but my dad could have written the primer on it. Beer, STRESS, certain nuts, certain veggies are all triggers. My dad ended up on crutches many an autumn due to stress-triggered gout during corn harvest.)
