Blood moon cycles are faster than Mike Pelfrey pitching out of the stretch

Good pitchers are seldom criticized for working slow. Is it because they tend not to do so, or because crappy pitching in slo-mo is the most painful kind there is?

I know everyone feels bad for the Jays all the time - tough division... 20 years without a postseason berth... Canadian... yada yada
