    Good summary of my favorite moments too. This has been such a fun season. Filled with good solid baseball, positive comments from the players and staff, and hope for the future.

    I am sorry you feel this way. There is a lot to appreciate and enjoy about the game of baseball being played with good pitching and good defense and hitting to the opposite field. The proof is in the pudding and 16 -11 is the "proof". The "pudding" is good defense, good pitching and hitting the ball to the opposite field, if that is what the opposing team's defense and pitchers are giving you. Winning this way is fascinating to watch.

    After watching Royce Lewis' interviews with MLB and with Dick and Justin, I would not trade Royce Lewis for any player in baseball. What an incredible young man.

    A shout out to Sanchez also for blocking three low pitches by Pagan in the ninth. Nice job Gary. Winder also gave him praise in Winder's post-game interview. I'm glad we got Gary Sanchez to be a Twin.

    Royce plays 3B and learns from Correa, who plays SS. Correa is the master at SS.

    There is something unjust about Correa getting injured twice. I only played high school baseball, but if my team-mate was hit, as the next batter after a home run, with one of the few fastballs thrown by a junk ball pitcher, and that same team-mate was hit again in his next at bat, and it was a team-mate who had been loudly booed by opposing teams' fans in every away game so far this year, my team-mates and I would want to retaliate against the Orioles in some way. Correa getting injured in this manner is almost like some sort of Greek trajedy ...I call what happened to Correa, "Buxtonesque".

    It must be rare because Dan Gladden and Thad Levine both said solo HR's don't beat you, after one of the Orioles 5 solo HR's.

    Wouldn't it be great if we all showed up for the World Series in Minneapolis with our rally goats. My rally goat had hair that was a little too long, so I took him to a Baa baa shop for a trim.

      My bad. I was excited to receive the goat and my wife was not impressed, so I felt I would tell all of TD that I got the goat. Instead, I posted in the wrong place. I meant to post it where everyone on TD could read it. Sorry.

    I would like Duran to become a starter next year. Foe 2022, leave him where his is as a primary reliever.

    My suggestion is to eliminate the last two words in the title of your article.

    Really great statement. "When was the last time we could say that?" Wow the starters are doing outstanding jobs. I just ordered a screaming goat from Amazon. The theory is that screaming goats bring good luck. Keep screaming Ricky.

    The "high exit velo" advanced metrics do not take into consideration slow running. Nor failure to hustle. Nor poor base running decisions. If a player runs slowly, he will make an out more often than a speedy runner, even if they have the same exit velo. 1) slow running, or 2) swinging and missing the baseball or 3) taking strikes, or 4) continuously hitting the balls where the majority of the defenders are standing...these 4 examples have nothing to do with "luck". I'm not saying Mr. Sano does all or any of these examples. Just saying.
