    They are doing the same exact thing as every other team. People here have analyzed the innings to death, both in the minors and majors, and it's the same as every other team.

    I think lesser players, like most workers, are afraid to rock the boat. If anything, my take was the opposite of yours. He was standing up for them too.

    Reds got a 60, 40+, and two more for Castillo. Which, didn't work for the reds long term yet..... No way I deal Ryan for anyone ranked lower than Jenkins, unless there are three 45+

    He's a very good hitter with speed. They need a LF.... Unlike the twins, maybe they didn't want to move him back and forth.... fangraphs still thinks he's a catcher. Fwiw.

    It's a tiny sample size. Also, they seem to be picking less good players to do this. I have no idea if this is a good idea, but when you are down three or four starters, there isn't much choice. How many good starting pitchers do people think teams have? Most don't even have five......

    I'd think any team trading for these guys has all the data they need at this point. I'd hope no GM is making these decisions based on two games. I could be wrong!
