  2. @enosaris on twitter posted recently that Simeon Woods Richardson has the highest rated Stuff+ in Triple A. Extremely small sample size and his ERA results didn't really follow his expected stats but could be really good news. His Stuff+ was ranked higher than top prospects Logan Allen and Grayson Rodriguez
  3. What lead to pulling him was a couple of factors 1). He hasn't thrown that many pitches in a while (WBC messed with spring training starts) 2). He wasn't locating his fastball very well, He had a couple of walks and a HBP. 6 of the final 12 batters he faced got on base. 3). They didn't want him to face two lefties in a row to finish his outing and they put Thielbar in to face them. This isn't to say he wasn't dealing, his new sweeping slider looked great and the changeup was awesome as usual. He just didn't have his fastball and was approaching what is probably a soft limit on the number of pitches. I expect when it warms up (was 60 in KC yesterday) he'll regain that command and be a great pitcher for the twins this year.
  4. Buxton, Polanco, Kirilloff, and Gordon (if you can believe it) were all taking Live at bats off of Maeda today according to Do-Hyoung Park. Its not like these guys aren't getting at bats, they are getting more at the fort myers complex than they would at a spring training game (2 or 3 in 2.5 hours).
  5. Another lost season for him would be a gut punch. He's fortunate to have many people around him who've gone through windy roads to their MLB career (Rocco, Royce)
  6. I think you're confusing the author of this piece with the Twins organization
  7. Trout was 25th, so there are some diamonds too
  8. As a starter Winder, like Jax, also has a fastball that gets crushed. Last year hitters slugged .713 713! He should move to the pen, focus on throwing sliders and add velocity to the fastball to make it less terrible
  9. They should turn him into Richard Bleier 2.0
  10. I think Farmer and Gordon can coexist on the roster. Farmer becomes a platoon with Kepler and we put Farmer in the infield and slide someone else into the corner OF. Just make Farmer be what Garlick was last year
  11. Probably one of the few players I'd buy a jersey of, shame I missed out on the deals.... Maybe I'll get a knockoff
  12. I really liked him last year, would not be mad if it happened. Just don't know how it would
  13. Would Royce be added too? or would they keep him off so they can activate him if he's recovering faster than expected?

  16. Guardians look strong, I understand if a significant portion of the fanbase has lost total faith after this embarrassing 5 game stretch. But for some reason, I hold out hope.
  17. The article doesn't actually mention the size of the fictional person anywhere. Don't you think this says more about what you think of fat people? You associate these behaviors with a fat person, I'm sure you could find a fat person who matches these behaviors perfectly but they aren't by any means exclusive to fat people
