  1. He leads an organization that has poor player development/evaluation skills. With a new season forthcoming, the fans are suppose to forget 2025 and come back in 2026. Best of luck to Shelton, but the front office needs to go.
  2. I wish him well, but a lot needs to change (will anything change ?) to accomplish anything. Shelton was a safe choice with his familiarity with the organization and probably at a lesser salary than the other "contenders". What is the sales pitch for tickets in 2026?
  3. Time will tell if this is a good decision made by the wrong decision makers Still want to hear the sales pitch to buy season tickets
  4. The current 40 Man Roster has got to be one of the weakest in recent memory. 1/3 if not more could actually be removed to add others who might be more promising.
  5. New blood please. Less platoon players and relievers who can go 2+ innings
  6. Each year we would hear of improvements made for the fan experience. Wouldn't a winning team be the number 1 improvement? Wrong people making wrong decisions.
  7. Sample size of stats is very small Fragile Arms?
  8. Farm System is deeper with influx of "prospects" ? 2025 in the minors has been mediocre like tge majors. Is it better? Don't think so
  9. Need to see next start from SWR before speculating. Most Twins pitchers show no consistency that are positive
  10. Part 1 Act like a major league franchise or get out
  11. Player evaluation and development are weak spots in the Twins organization. The pitching pipeline is a dumpster dive. Take away the Twins 13 game winning streak the White Sox may not finish last in the Central.
  12. Luis probably doesn't want to come back.
  13. Stability for those who should be replaced? Awarding mediocrity
  14. Not good for those trying to sell season tickets. Pohlad's and front office need to go
  15. Nationally the Twins have been an afterthought. Their boring, at times listless. They were even invisible during the steroid era. They need new ownership who has some pizzazz and hustling players and better player development and evaluation. They have been arrogant and underachievers on and off the field
  16. Go away On and off the field there is no direction, no plan.
  17. Nationally, the Twins are an after thought. MLB markets the big markets and with those who win. Been this way for decades. Luckily at least one player gets named, unless players named won't or can't play, replacements get added
  18. Player development (and evaluation) is a sore spot for the Twins. Do something to improve this franchise of mediocrity
  19. The dying breed doesn't have to die. The Twins need to find and develop their own talent (improvement needed), but also create an environment to have players wanting to stay (really need improvement)
