    Arraez bobbled a ball. Maybe its a hit anyway, maybe not. Simmons dropped a ball. Colome overthru the bag. Kepler dropped a catchable ball. We deserved to lose this one.

    Pitchers have always tried to cheat. If they get caught, let them be punished. The threat of forensics investigating the balls should be enough to cut down on the cheating. But look at it this situation: 7th inning. 2 men on. Dangerous hitter at bat. Why not use a foreign substance to increase the spin rate and make the ball move more. You get the batter out and 3 days later they suspend you because they found trace evidence on the ball. Unless the suspension is dreadfully long. You laugh it off and treat it as a vacation and your club makes sure you are repaid for the expense.

    The game wasn't broadcast & my computer was in use sooooooo on a hunch I said 'ALEXA, Play WCCO" and low and hehold, WCCO came on and I coould listen to the game. I'm not sure it would have worked if I didn't have MLB Twins Package, but it made me happy.

    Interesting viewpoint. I look at Buxton & Sano. Both were highly valued and both have had injury issues and both have yet to have a season that shows their true talent. Maybe they will or maybe they won't. I can imagine Lewis will have a similar path. Lets hope all 3 have successful careers.

    I don't like the idea of a player having his service time manipulated by keeping him back. A new season is a new season, and it shouldn't shorten or lengthen a players service time regardless of when he is brought up. I blame the players union. This can build up resentment between your best players and their club. Sometimes those resentments last for a career.

    Seems to me I heard the same sorts of thing last year... and a couple years ago too. Now that I think about it, managers were saying the same sorts of things 10 years ago, 20 years ago.....since before the turn of the century...in the 50's...

    I agree with face...Why can't the catchers join the hitters in their locker room and spend all day with the pitchers, except when they take batting practice?

    I enjoyed watching Dozier play. He gave us something to cheer for.

    I would love to attend Spring Training, but it seems odd to trade beautiful California weather for iffy Florida weather.

    I don't think that Sano was a poor defender in 2000. However, he will have to improve if he is going to remain there.

    This is an interesting way to look at our competition. I hope you continue and include the top prospects for each ot the teams, as well.

    Well done Twins. I'd still like us to give Odo a deal, if they have a chance.

    Speculation is fun, but there is always a surprise or 2 amongst the pitches. Too often, those surprises are not good. I think one of our starters will be a total failure, due to health or whatever. However, our replacement starter will come from the minors and he will be a sensation.

    I am so looking forward to watching the new Twins infield in 2021.

    If I am reading this right, you are listing 6 "sure thing" hitters, mostly with power, and 2 pitchers that are expected to be relievers. Some lucky team that is willing to part with a decent young pitcher will be very fortunate to make a trade with us.

    I am a devout Reusse hater. Have been since his days with the PioneerPress. I hope this means we will no longer see his Bi-line. Congratulations LaVelle. This is a well earned promotion.

    The Twins Top 20 and only 6 are pitchers. All of them RHP. 16 - Cole Sands 15 - Edwar Colina 9 - Blayne Enlow 8 - Matt Canterino 6 - Jordan Balazovic 5 - Jhoan Duran Lets hope they use these other high ranked fielders to get a couple proven pitchers.
