    We never have enough pitching. Trading a lottery ticket that wont make it to AAA sometime in the next 3-5 years is a great trade if Kremer gets healthy and eats innings. Otherwise, its a footnote that will be lost to history. I applaud the FO for taking the swing because they are in win now mode! Kremer can be a solid #4 in our rotation and if thats where he is this September and all of next season, this will be a great trade! We need pitching!!! We just sent out 3 prospects that wouldn’t have contributed anything to varsity in the next 3-4 seasons and in return, we got a high leverage LH RP and a solid SP that can get healthy and has a solid track record. No reason to be mad about it. The 26/27 Twins are now in a little better shape. Do we need another guy or two? YES!! Are their names Jenkins and Culpepper? Maybe. Or Maybe the FO brings in some more proven talent. Its tough watching Gray, Kreidler and Roden on a daily basis. On another topic, thank goodness the Tigers waited so long to bring Max Clarke up, all he did was ignite a 13-1 win over the A’s. He will be a pest for a decade but they are in selling mode so Skubal will be gone…. Hopefully to the NL!

    So in the recent past, the org has spent stupid money 💴 on Gallo, Margot, mr. pink arm socks and 137 pitchers that needed ucl surgery. It sure seems like T. Pohlad is choosing to spend more wisely. The big spending tell will be if he is going to spend big money on star players during their prime years.

    Since our pitching depth has gotten deeper in the past 2 days, it shouldn’t matter short term who taxi’s to St. Paul. Guys will be coming and going for 2 more months. This is turning into a long, fun filled season!!

    There is a long list of players that the twins have traded away, only to watch them hit their ceiling. We should be happy for Loooooouie!

    Nothing like listening to the game at work while an 18 yo coworker babbles incoherently all day…. Leading to a distraction….. and you miss the moment 😑😑😑😑😑 Got home and watched it over and over with a cold one and the mut. The mut did not interrupt. 🐶

    Great trade! The two prospects are buried depth with warts and health issues. The team can afford 4.5M for a 80 day rental. Maybe Minter resigns with us after the lockout and theWS Championship PARADE!

    I suppose we would have to trade the whole farm to get a SP with a 1.92era and playoff experience?

    IL-60 status til march ‘27 so if he recovers, he could be a huge asset. Its also possible he never pitches again. Either way, he will be a twin for another season.

    He is a unique talent. Free swinging and dripping with positivity and ego. He will age like a fine wine.

    As long as the Twins keep the future HOF’r out of this group, we can expect playoff runs on the regular. We have a great history of developing catchers and its a shame the organization hasn’t focused on drafting more C’s over the last decade. Its about time! Lets get those guys to mlb asap!

    The Twins wont be selling and not many other teams will either. The CBA will be locking down the trade deadline to a few minor deals and maybe a blockbuster or two.

    We got another come back in us. Dobber has had a very nice game!

    Yup. The K rate sucks but its improving. He has a .347 BABIP this season. He is extending AB’s to see more pitches every season. His .260 ba is actually showing contact rate results and his ops is .100 points higher than last season. He is fringe top 20 in one of the best farm’s systems but would be top 10 in half of them.

    It sure seems like these young guys are playing loose and inspired ball. A couple of key pieces added in the rotation and bullpen can win games over the next 60 days. We could also get a bump from a rookie call up. Catch that lightning and get to October. You never know what can happen then!!!

    RK has over 2K PA in Milb over 7 seasons with 59 HR’s. BW has 1.4K PA in not even 3 full Milb seasons and is solid in AA with 48 HR’s as a 21 yo kid. They aren’t even close in comparable stats. Thats just one category. I’m too lazy to look up others. defense… BW has huge range and arm strength that many MLB’r wish they had. Comparisons are ridiculous.
