I just got home from work. Long day. And no ice cream. sigh.

 

Ahhh, so the shoe's on the other foot. And speaking of things to think about, the only thing I've been thinking about for too long is apple crisp. Soooooo, today I tried my hand at making it! Who says you can't teach and old dog new tricks? And it isn't to bad, especially with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream on top.

 

This is just my opinion, of course, with no disrespect to anyone. But much thanks to ChiTown for inspiring me to step into uncharted waters.
