I hate to say it, and it's too early to make any firm judgements, but Gibson has been pretty unimpressive since his callup. I expected some struggles, but I also expected to see better stuff.

He needs a little movement... That fastball is a straight line. That's been the surprising thing to me. If its gonna come in like that... He's gotta change his speeds more.

 

If he doesn't fix that. We are gonna be disappointed.

Well, Gibson seems to have solved his AAA problem of being inconsistent. He's been depressingly consistent up here. I hope he gets things turned around.
