That's what I was going to say.  In terms of actual value to the team, my MVP would have to go 1. Taj 2. Clemens, mainly due to his versatility 3. Lee 4. Buck 5. Jeffers with some late honorable mentions to Keaschall and Prielipp, the pitcher whose arm was supposed to have fallen by this time of the season

Availability is still the best ability on the field.

If you eliminate Buck, Taj Bradley is easily the team MVP with Brooks a distant second.

It looked like Sabato lost the ball at the end since it looked like he overran it.  Not a huge issue since it's tough when you're running at full speed with the ball behind you.

I think there is some recency bias to Taj as MVP based on start last night.  The start before he was not getting favorable comments.  He has been more consistent than in the past but still needs to show more to go to the next level.  It still feels like he lacks some of the mental toughness needed, the Field of Dreams game was a great example where he laid an egg in a big spotlight.

He has had a good season, but I would not consider it MVP, if so, it's more a reflection of the team than Taj.

Keaschall is not a rookie. Played 49 games with 182 AB last year. Threshhold is 45 games or 120 AB.

Didn't forget about you.  Just trying to figure out who was still a rookie.  I almost have to consider Andrew Morris or Prielipp.  Culpepper is hurt.  Jenkins and Emma just got here.  There really aren't any other rookies.
