Very polite of the Twins to not break this open. Close games are more fun.

I do like ERod coming on to pinch hit for Martin there. Would have like to see him to more than 3 pitches and not strike out looking but hey, can't win em all. Just need someone to pinch hit for Jeffers 😆

I think it is better to have Lou from Toronto against Luke from the Twins ..both were wrestlers....extra at Target next year to bring in the fans...

Look at Zoilo's 1965 stats. Really interesting that he won the MVP. Tony O was second and Brooks Robinson (who was the '64 MVP) finished third.

We went to the TC game where they gave out TC--USD hats

Yeah...they do it for several of the schools. in California they seem to have all of these heritage nights. .with special packages and costs for jerseys related to a home country..last night was Japanese here.  San Diego did a Mexican one last month.  No Swede nights though.. sorry..or I would sign up

I believe that he overlapped 3 decades...he did not have an overall great career.  But some good seasons...was he Cuban

Yes, from Havana. He went downhill after that MVP season, but played until '71.

Lee really likes to swing and miss on high fastballs out of the zone.  This is not a secret within MLB.

Have his autograph

I remember sitting in the left field bleachers at Met stadium on knothole games shouting "Hail  Cesar!"
