The Lions are getting their teeth kicked in so far. Every week is going to be a shootout for them. Their defense stinks

Went from world-beating defense to this in 2 seasons. Life comes at you fast in the NFL

They’ll be able to re-hire Aaron Glenn as DC after the season again. There’s no way he’s going to be the HC when they draft another new QB in the draft

It's possible that the Bills are just an absolute juggernaut.  They put up 36 on the Texans in Houston, and we might end up looking back at that as a reasonably solid effort from the Texans

I’ve got to say I think Herbstreit is the worst A list broadcaster in the NFL. Now that Romo is out of the picture…

I don’t hate him but he’s weird as bleep with the dog thing.

Saints had the lions on the ropes though. They’ve been outscored 57-17 since being up 21-0 in that game

Lol I think he’s opened up a merch store for the dog thing. Named after his dog I think?

I mean, both can be true.  But they did render an NFL offense non-functional for a half.  I'm not gonna write em off just yet.

Also, this is making the Texans offense look even better by comparison as well.  The Lions might be a Jahmyr Gibbs injury away from being rendered the Titans on that side of the ball

True. I’d be worried about the bills doing this to the Vikings later on when we play

I lean mostly this way.  I think the Bills are just a unit on offense.  Tons of weapons, the best offensive player in football, and a head coach who wants to jugular people on offense.

I also think the Lions D might just be trash.

This is off-topic and no slight on dogs themselves.....

But some of the most entitled, insufferable people in our society are dog owners.  Airplanes, grocery stores, influencers, unleashed at parks....there is nowhere these jackasses think they can't go without their hairy, unruly "child" in tow.

Hopping off my soapbox now.

As a dog owner I fully agree. My dog is much happier staying at home instead of running errands with me. I only go on hiking trails with him now and avoid dog parks because there are too many ignorant dog owners. Last time I took him to a dog park, one of those "Don't worry he's friendly!" off-leash dogs drew blood on my dog and bit me too.

At the absolute very least, you should be allowed to bite that owner

I just want to take a ride on an airplane or go to a produce section without Yippy the Dipshlt Dog being in attendance with me.  Why is that so hard?

I have a similar experience in that my son was chasing a ball in the park when he was three and an unleashed rottweiler trucked him to get the ball, sent his sandals flying, and then ran over to my crying child and wrestled his sandal out of his hand as we were running to separate them.  Dog owner barely cared, treated it like my kid shouldn't have been running....at a human park.

We own a dog now and have worked through that fear with him as a teenage, but JFC dog owners are the worst.

I just want to buy groceries without the fear dog hair is on them. Same with eating at a restaurant. Etc. and unleashed dogs on hiking trails are the worst.
