Jaxson Dart gets injured just as much as McCarthy. Might be an indictment on this generation of QBs.

Dart took a hit right to the knee though. And he tried to get back into the game. He's played too recklessly in the past, but he was in the pocket for that hit. Maybe McCarthy and Williams are of similar cloth as both thought a hamstring injury was the end of their career.

Which, I suppose in McCarthy's case may end up technically true?

Looks like Dart will be out 4-5 weeks with an MCL injury... Jameis Winston looked pretty dang bad but usually he can get an offense rolling but the picks are a problem.

Such a freak injury too because you'd think since his leg was off the ground when he got hit, not having the cleat locked into the turf would have kept the tendons from snapping.

But that's what happened to young Carson Wentz too. He tore up his knee while in the air diving for a TD and I remember thinking there's no way it was a serious injury. Hopefully unlike Wentz, Dart doesn't loose 75% of his mobility.

I mean, hopefully for Dart's sake. I don't care for the Giants, and in a vacuum I would be happy for them to have a subpar QB.

That Cowboys Micah Parsons trade just keeps looking better for them.  Other than, you know, using it to actually make their defense better.

Any trade that makes both the Packers and Cowboys worse deserves it's place atop the all time best trade's lists.

They did trade one of the 2 firsts to the Jets for DT Quinnen Williams... which means the Jets could have 3 fairly high 1st rounders in a really good 2027 class (they also have the Colts pick from the Sauce Gardner trade).

NYJ should end up with 3 1st round picks in top 10 or so picks.

Jayden Daniels is practicing today and could start on Sunday. Is he a Transformer and you just move his body parts around as you see fit? Ugh, that was a gross injury.

Desperation.  It's sad to say but I don't think he's going to hold up for much of a career.

I don't think he HAS to run so much he throws a real nice pass. At least in his rookie season.

Oh, new call. Daniels throws and plays so much like Randall Cunningham. After several years of struggling and getting injured, he'll find his way to MN in 2034 and lead the Vikings to the NFC Championship game.
