Twins don't lead the majors in HBP but they are in a group well above average.  And they were 1 away from leading the majors last season. Wonder whether the coaches teach them to crowd the plate moreso than average?

Just curious.. anyone have any thoughts about Paul Skenes? He's really not having the year I expected. In fact he's been decidedly crummy lately. And the velocity is down by quite a bit. Tempered expectations..

Kroenke just finished obtaining the Angels for 4 billion (right after the Padres were sold), As some of you know, he has quite a portfolio (along with his wife) of owning sport franchises. Rams in football, Nuggets in the NBA, Avalanche in the NHL, Colorado Rapids in the MLS, Premier English League ARSENAL in football/soccer,. as well as ..lacrosse and other pro sport teams, It will be interesting to see if he starts to boost the team to fill the seats and draw from the Dodgers.
