Teams don't have big enough rosters to rest everyone, especially since "starters" is a bit nebulous.

I'm not sure. Lots of players don't jump into coaching right away. I assume he'd get opportunities to coach if he wants one.

I think Daboll would be the head coach and Flores would be the defensive coordinator. But maybe co-head coaches?
