I think you should have put some more RH hitters in the lineup.
IdahoPilgrim Provisional Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Matt Moore hasn't given up a run, earned or otherwise, in July (2 starts) and he's had 4 consecutive quality starts in a row. I think he's due for a clunker. I predict Twins win today, with good run production. Just a gut hunch.
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Not sure I'm ready to tune this one in, seems like I just turned it off with a tough loss.

The players all slept in the clubhouse. Perkins is pissed because Escobar kept stealing all the blankets and Pelfrey was snoring loudly.
edavis0308 Provisional Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Plouffe has to do some damage against a lefty eventually, right??
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2013 Author Posted July 11, 2013 Plouffe has to do some damage against a lefty eventually, right?? Moore is tough... Maybe if he faced Pedro Hernandez.

Of course, it's also possible that that feeling in my gut is the undercooked egg I had for breakfast.

GCTF Verified Member Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 Wasn't Jamey Carroll in the starting lineup yesterday? Ish.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 11, 2013 Author Posted July 11, 2013 Wasn't Jamey Carroll in the starting lineup yesterday? Ish. Searching for Right Handed Bats. Gardy probably considered starting Correia at 1B for today's game.
