gunnarthor Old-Timey Member Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 I get a surprising amount of schadenfreude from teams like the Browns and Raiders. DeVante Adams is pushing to get traded out of LV (might go to the Jets!) and the Browns have completely screwed that team up for years with the Watson deal. They had some pieces in place to create a really strong team on both sides and just ditched it and destroyed all the good will they had amassed from being doormats for a generation. Ouch. sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted October 3, 2024 Posted October 3, 2024 I feel like i should make a good faith effort to watch the game against the Jets, being nominally national tv, but i get no cable, and bars aren' typically open Sunday morning at 9:30 my time... Any advice, or should i treat it as a normal afternoon game not important enough for an east coast audience?
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 First time this year I’ll have undivided attention to Kirk and the Falcons. I hold no ill will to Kirk except when he plays the Vikings. gunnarthor and Mike Sixel 2
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 Pro tip for Raheem Morris. You should probably put a guy or two on Mike Evans. 2 wide open TDs for him tonight

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 Neither of these teams worry me all that much. Vanimal46 and gunnarthor 2
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 Al Michaels just says whatever pops into his head on these games
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 What did Kirk see on that INT throw? That was a textbook LB spy over the middle of the field and the WR was covered well by the DB anyway.

But he’ll have a shot to get into FG range. 1:12 left.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 Falcons delay of game. What in the world
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 Kirk gets it done so many times man. For a guy who so many think to be a choker Mike Sixel and Vanimal46 2

His defense is barely doing him any favors tonight.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 Wow. He had plenty of zip on that ball. What a bad loss for TB
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 509 yards passing for Kirk. Incredible. Falcon record Vanimal46 1

TheLeviathan Old-Timey Member Posted October 4, 2024 Posted October 4, 2024 I was never a Kirk hater, but Atlanta is 3-2 and you could definitely argue they're a hair away from being 0-5. He looked pretty good last night but that team does not scare me in the slightest. Aggies7 1

And that was the first game that both Pitts and London actually came to play. And what the heck are they doing with Bijan Robinson? Is he actually not that good, or do they just have no desire to use him?
