I'm happy he hit it, but no, it wasn't huge, huge, huge.  The good guys were up by several runs. A huge home run is when it pulls the team ahead in an important game.

Except when it comes to claiming fan interest. The TV situation is brutal, but even when fans could watch them, slow starts were always bad for season-long attendance; they might want to figure that out one of these years.

Well the hot start by the Rays in ‘23 did nothing for them in October and I sure would not want to finish a season 7-13 and limp into October!

Haven’t said yet. I suspect it will be Martin so he can play every day, but who knows.

A hunch is that it would be Winder. He's not going to be used in the next two days and would be sent down by Tuesday when Paddack is activated. With a generally rested pen, they can probably get two days with a seven-man pen before needing to make a decision on Tuesday, when they could send down Martin as Craig suggests. 

EDIT: I forgot that Winder came up for Festa, so they actually played with a nine-man bullpen the past couple days. So sending down Winder for Wallner makes perfect sense, since they are just going back to a four-starter, eight-reliever staff for a couple days.

Houston pen has some wear on it the last two games. Twins offense is humming. Should be able to put up some runs again tomorrow. Need SWR to give them at least 5 against what is one of the better line ups in baseball.
