Veteran ex-Twin Free Agents

There are a lot of veteran ex-Twins who remain unsigned as we approach a month until pitchers and catchers report. None of them seem to be of interest to the Twins. One possible exception to me is Aaron Hicks, given that the Yankees will be paying his salary. Here is a list--I might have missed someone:

Eduardo Escobar, Josh Donaldson, Rich Hill, Gary Sanchez, Jonathan Schoop, Ehire Adrianza, Billy Hamilton, Hicks, Alex Columé, Liam Hendriks, CJ Cron, Fernando Abad, Robbie Grossman, Tommy Milone and Gio Urshela.

I think Hicks might fit nicely in the back up right handed hitting outfielder role. He’s probably stretched at center but should be decent in the corners. With our club he would rarely hit left handed which is where he is really bad. I would only do this if no other moves are planned and it’s for the minimum.

Hicks would be a hole in the outfield; his fielding dropped far worse than his bat.

Josh Donaldson!!!!!!!  No way - he is a clubhouse killer and a waste of money
