They really love Target Field. Even if Arizona hasn't won a game there since 2014.

I noticed plenty of foul balls by D Backs on pitches out of the strike zone to stay alive and then putting the ball in play. Not over swinging. That's a unique concept

Friday night chat.  I rolled my ankle at the golf course so I'm late to the game thread.  Can't hardly walk so don't ask.

Was not a golf injury.  Walking to the car after and they have a pavement crack grown full of weeds.  F me.

Also not going to tell the trainer.  Will work through it on my own.

I looked at Joey Gallo on Fangraphs today, and was incredibly surprised to see his WRC+ at 102. It feels like he's been playing more like the -3 WRC+ he posted in 2016.. Also, how do you even view a -3 WRC+? Like 98 is 2% worse than league average, so he was 103% worse than league average? Is that like an average AA player? lol
