According to FanGraphs, Hader has one bunt attempt against him since the start of the 2019 season.

Jhoan Duran, in just barely ovr a season, has four career bunt attempts against him.

Maybe because Hader didn't have too many runners in scoring position with no outs. The ghost runner started last year. So that's not a big surprise that Duran has 4 bunt attempts against him. And Hader had a down year last year so his closing opportunities were less frequent

Hader also spent most of his career in a DH-less national league where bunting was more prevalent.
