ashbury Verified Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Not Capps-like! I was late to the party in thinking Perkins would be good in this role. Striking out the side? Yeah, that's pretty good.
B Richard Provisional Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I could really get used to this whole "winning" thing
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I am glad I didn't have to ask for the "celebration one", it's probably against the law or one of the commandments. Commandments have been broken on account of her, I'm pretty sure; maybe some laws in certain states. / By 12-year-olds, Chief is likely to add.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Whatever happened to the on-field instructionals? I miss seeing Coomer slip around the field in his wingtips.
Top Gun Provisional Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Whether you like weather or not, it's only 23 in Denver.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Second baseman done good too.Yes, I've been defending Dozier at another site and also in middle infield discussion here. He certainly seems to have found his comfort zone in the field and perhaps in the lineup. It would be interesting if the Twins found their leadoff hitter by accident.
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Reasonably competent pitching is a beautiful thing.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Whether you like weather or not, it's only 23 in Denver. I love Denver. All the restaurant patios are open all winter.

Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 I don't like to sip my Vichyssoise wearing a parka. It was pretty nice the first weekend in March, but yeah, I didn't eat outside. Had a few Odells out there though.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Does that count as a full win? Wow, that is one sorry team in Miami. wish the Twins played them more this year.....Odell, always a good choice.
Benchwarmerjim Verified Member Posted April 23, 2013 Posted April 23, 2013 Dickbert just chatted about how Marlins ownership made Redmond switch Fernandez and Nolasco. What's that all about? Will Nolasco really draw better primetime ratings er something? that was a odd tangent Bert was on. Its like he was telling stories that are normally 'off the record' or without names or anything. Good for Mike Redmond getting a managers job, but it sucks that he has to take gameday orders from Jeff Loria.
