Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 Dick lets us know the Twins haven't had an XBH since the 5th inning. Of Tuesday's game.
RickOShea Verified Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 My preseason optimism, is already waning. Not even a month into the season. Maybe too little patience. But, I'm already feeling it's going to be a long, frustating season.

Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 Duran warming, that'll be it for Ryan.

Watched the game last night but not able to today. Yesterday it felt like we needed to put him on suicide watch. I can't imagine what today is like with the anemic hitting continuing
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 Why is Bally Sports putting the opponents’ offensive hitting stats on screen, but consistently leaving off the Twins’ batting stats? Other than this series 1-9 or whatever.

CRF Verified Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 This game has all the earmarks of our pen coming in to somehow blow a nice start by Ryan. I sure hope I'm wrong.
RickOShea Verified Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 I just had a flasback, down memory lane. It's the seventh inning in a close game, and I'm expecting Jim Perry to pitch into the ninth inning, in a game against the Orioles. ( Al Worthington, tossed aside a bag of peanuts to begin some soft toss)

Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 You have the technology, Bally Sports. Lazy graphics.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 21, 2022 Posted April 21, 2022 No reason for Joe Ryan to come out of this game, so naturally he’s pulled. 85 pitches. Cruising. Nonsense
