Admittedly, I did not follow baseball's awards last year but... what?

 

I get it he didn't make an error but his range is atrocious, so bad we compared it to Delmon.T

 

This is a sham.

UZR 150 had him as the best LF in the AL qualified for the award.  Stories at the time talked of how he has worked on the game.  Recognition for hard work is never a bad thing. Gordon won it.

I still say the A's ran somebody else out there dressed in a Robbie Grossman suit.

Robbie had a remarkably good year. It's a bigger sham that Gordon actually won again. More of a lifetime achievement as opposed to him earning it last season.

Gordon has not been elite for years...Grossman was terrible out there.  If he improved that much, good for him.  Gives me hope for Eddie.

All he had to do is work on that part of his game? 

 

If Grossman can do that... so can all of our current UZR challenged players.
