There is something wrong here,I just can't put my finger on it.

Thats easy, there's one more tomato on the bottom of the plate than the top. I spotted it immediately. Would have commented sooner but I was at my weekly OCDA meeting.

I'll tell you this... Not every game is 9 innings. Sometimes they are 8.5. Sometimes they go into extras. Sometimes the rain stops them at random times.

 

So there.

the problem with absolutes

This team is a joke. One hit off of Jackson first time through the order.

I think, sometimes, in the midst of a gamethread, it is a bit easy to have a Chicken Little mentality.

 

In the final analysis, the Twins managed to score six runs on seven hits off of Jackson over five innings, somewhat remarkably causing his ERA to increase from the 8.46 mark he had at game time!

 

Anyway, this team, and specifically this offense, is no joke.
