I can't remember a Sunday where both the Twins and Vikings did so well, it's probably been a few years. It's great to see the Twins wrapping up this playoff spot, 5 games ahead of Texas/Angels!   Good show.

70 RBI club this year--Dozier, Sano, Polanco, Rosario, Escobar and Mayer. Did I miss anybody?

Significant, but also a bit of a fluke. Escobar wouldn't have come anywhere close if Sano hadn't been on the DL for the last five weeks. Nevertheless, it reflects how well Escobar has played in Sano's absence.

Kepler's currently at 68. With the way this team has been getting on base he should have several opportunities to cash in during the next week.

Quoting myself (bad form, I know) but I'll mention that the Twins web site, and, by extension, MLB, has Escobar at 69 RBI. I don't remember how he was originally credited with 4 today but the box score now shows him with 3. He'll just have to get another one during the next six games, I guess.

TD posters, have been really quiet this week, as I just got here...why????

Hopefully, not hiding in their bunkers for the Yankee play off game, as those Yanks??? Their LAST game this year!!!!! Believe me!!!!!!

Bunkers just don't get as much use as one would suppose...

 

But no. If we were spending more time there, we'd post more, not less. What else is there to do?

 

I expect people just have busy lives. Or else they are saving their energy for when it matters.

 

Not that i can speek for anyone... I myself have posted sparsely due to doing things during gametime...
