Yes, sort of. I actually knew of this a while ago. He's a very good friend of someone (another former Minnesotan) I play tennis with.

Derek Falvey spoke very highly about him during a presser this afternoon. Had the chance to meet him (with a group of media this afternoon), and he looks really young. When I have a chance, I will try to transcribe Falvey's comments on Adler.

 

He has known him for several years. He likes the fact that he comes from another business/sport, and he wouldn't be surprised to more of that happening. Very, very smart guy. Like I said, he said a lot more, but I've been in a car for about 8 hours since, so I don't remember and don't want to type something incorrect.
