Glad I went to the movies instead. Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children was fantastic, excellent, really darn good.

Any other movie recommendations? I think the only first run movie i've caught in recent memory was Hail Ceasar! more than a month after it came out (aptly) at Capitol Theater.

Toruk was good, but not quite up to other Cirque du Soleil performances I've seen. A lot like one of the big Disney road shows.

Sully was good, provided you're not particular about surprise endings.
