It says "alternate audio is not available for this video." Thanks though, maybe it'll work next time.

The game isn't being broadcast on FSN, likely why there isn't an alternate audio.. unless mlb.tv lets you listen to the radio announcers

Back by popular... er... I mean some kind of demand.

In and out today, but in an attempt to help break this wretched losing streak, I present to you a new Rally Symbol...

Take a drink or 2 or three or more, depending how this game goes.

He has risen from the dead! Welcome back to the game threads Bark!!

Would it be insane to have him hit leadoff?

Probably, which is a big factor in its favor at this point.

In all seriousness, there's pretty good statistical evidence to support the idea that the high-obp, non-sluggy guy like Mauer is closer to the ideal for a leadoff hitter than a .320 OBP speedster.

Or a .220 OBP speedster, for that matter.

And given that Dozier's power is probably a more bankable part of his game than OBP or speed, there's not a lot of risk in making the switch.

I can choose from the Hawk, Gladden an co, or just the PARK sounds....which is zero announcers, which is actually really refreshing.  All you hear is stadium noises, crowd murmuring the umpire and the ball hitting the glove or the bat.

Don't forget the faint rustle of a newspaper want ad section as Brunansky looks for work in between Twins striking out.

He didn't say who's bat the ball was hitting.

This team is so horrible offensively that if I hadn't given up on them already I'd be depressed, over the last 2.5 games the only 2 scores have come from groundouts!!!

Out of curiosity, are you also finding that the feed disconnects when it goes to a commercial break? It has done that to me all spring.

Given that Dozier has 7 homers in his last 292 plate appearances, I'm not sure how bankable his power actually is.

Mine doesn't disconnect, just gives me the "Commercial Break in progress" screen until the game comes back.

Not able to watch the video feed at work... Does the MLB Network or whoever's broadcasting the game have an Audra reporting from the stands?

So, I'm in the IT biz...just had a user, friend of mine..well, might be "used to be a friend of mine" send me an email asking how to enable cookies.

I replied: Look for a button that says “macaroons” once you find that button, click on it and select “enable cookies”

What the heck, a little IT snipe hunting never hurt anyone, right?

Is this really a thing? I'm out of state.

It is. It used to be 1 cent off each time a Twins batter strikes out, but SA was losing thousands, so they switched it to hits.
