Circus Boy Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Sorry guys, I have to save my likes for the A+ material today. But know that I like all of your posts equally... Unless you're ripping on Mauer or Escobar. I grade on the curve.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Now back to your regularly scheduled programming: So I am trying to finish up some, ah, adult education, and just took an American Government class from a local community college. Unfortunately, I failed the final. It turns out Roe v. Wade isn't a decision on the various methods of illegally entering the US through the southern border.

Ultima Ratio Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 SIAP, just got here: The only players who are hitting are Mauer and Escobar. Ergo, they should be hitting close to if not right after the other, no? C'mon Maybe two hits can or a walk and hit can get an elusive run in.
Foghorn Leghorn Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Wonder how many runs we score...if any..
mickeymental Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 can kobe hit? maybe if they sign him to a minor-league contact ...
rghrbek Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 can kobe hit? maybe if they sign him to a minor-league contact ... Probably, if he gets 50 swings a game...
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Allow me to bump this one up to four. WHAT IS MOLITOR THINKING?!?!?!Mollie said on pregame Roserio did ok in the 2 hole in spring training.
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 A coworker has a birthday today. At our company the team goes out together and the birthday person chooses the restaurant to go to. Keep in mind there's no restrictions on type of restaurant to go to. So what restaurant does this coworker choose? None other than Luby's... for those that are not familiar, think Old Country Buffet style, where their rush hour occurs between 4-5 for the early bird dinner specials...
rghrbek Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 More strike outs and the epidemic continues
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Mollie said on pregame Roserio did ok in the 2 hole in spring training. This is a quote from an Onion article, right?
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Can someone please lose their job already? I don't care who it is. Manager, owner, GM, batboy. I don't care. It's outrageous what we're witnessing.
KidBro Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I know the Twins are going thru some tough times.... and it is much more enjoyable to live life staying positive, not looking for every little negative. But at what point do we have to recognize Sir Thomas Brunansky's inability to get this team to recognize what a breaking ball is? What is our players approach at the plate?
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Look at the smiles on those innocent kids.
rghrbek Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Best to let Abreu walk here and pitch to the guy batting .176

Platoon Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 We should do prop "bets". Over under on sacrifice bunts today?Number of comments on Rosario hitting second?Odds they pinch hit for their catcher TODAY, unlike yesterday? Double points if they PH Suzuki for Ryan!
Platoon Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Signing 34 year old OFers......is NOT how a rebuilding team acts. Not a fan. It is certainly not a ringing endorsement of their MLB OFers, or their AAA OFers...... He has already been moved in front of ABW for a call up:)
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Run() please. Baby steps.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 How do you hit a guy that can't hit a strike? Throw him strikes......but, thank you.
mickeymental Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 if buck can steal three bases, the twins could tie this thing up.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Oh great. Oh, great, they scored? Oh great, Buxton stole 2nd? Oh great, he's hurt by that pitch? Hard to tell on "gamecast".
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 He has already been moved in front of ABW for a call up:) Not surprising given they won't even play him at AAA. Far more important for the future of this franchise that Darin Mastroianni plays.
woolywoolhouse Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Can the Twins get angry about Buxton getting hit and maybe use it as motivation to do something on offense?
James Verified Member Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 I'm glad he's ok. I thought that was a trip to the DL for sure.
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted April 14, 2016 Posted April 14, 2016 Can the Twins get angry about Buxton getting hit and maybe use it as motivation to do something on offense? I was hoping Arcia would hop out of the dugout and go full sprint towards the mound.
