Actually Park made a weird but athletic play backing off the base into foul territory to catch the bounce. As others noted, the call should have been out, not safe.

I like how Gameday adds descriptive words to it's game updates, as in "Eddie Rosario grounds out softly, pitcher Zach Duke to first baseman Jose Abreu".  It really helps highlight how ineffectual our hitting has been.

I don't think region would matter.  I'm blacked out for the Twins on MLB.TV so I just clicked around to some other games, but did not see the audio overlays working anywhere.  Windows 7 and Mac 10.9, but again I wouldn't think that mattered as I was using the latest Chrome....

I don't know, they've migrated from SO to ground out.....I see lots of hits coming next series. Lots of them.

You ever try VPN'ing in?

 

I've been overseas for a year and half so it doesn't matter anymore, but I've been using VPNs for things like Netflix since the U.S. has the best Netflix content. I think when I come back, I'll just try going through a VPN for baseball too.
