I'm trying to remember the rule. I think the home team can postpone the game up until game time and after that only the umpires can make that call. From the team's perspective, of course it's mainly about attendance. I believe pretty much every team that does not play in a dome schedules a day off after the home opener to allow for an easy reschedule if need be.

They won't want make fans sit there for hours and then go up against the national title game. I'm sure it'll be moved to Tuesday if the forecast doesn't change.
