He's a moron if he believes that. In fact, pretty much everything he says in that article is unbelievably insulting, especially the part where he says captured military personnel (POWs) aren't war heroes and he prefers the ones who didn't get caught.

While I never actually served in the Twins front office, I always felt that I had because I became a member of Twins Daily which gave me more baseball training than a lot of the guys who work in the front office of a baseball team ever receive.

Yeah, I always thought open disdain for the military was about as sure-fire a way to destroy a Republican campaign.  And yet....he's surviving it.

Every once in a while I catch myself saying you tell em Trump, but the guy is a tremendous jerk.  I know in a field of 17 he has a clear lead and for that the phrase front runner can be used and overused but he isn't winning this thing.  Most Republicans don't like the guy.

Trump is a jackass, but the one "good" thing I think has come of this is his unapologetic bashing of the other candidates like Bush etc who have placated the special interest groups and lobbyists their whole political career.

 

Again, trump is a blowhard who should come no where near the White House, but at least he is bringing up that one "single" issue.

That's kind of the paradox of Trump. He actually serves a good purpose in the political process but it would be hard to do what he does unless it was an obnoxious, don't give a bleep, kind of person.\

 

Highly doubtful he sniffs the nomination but I would love it if he can stick around a while. And with the numerous gaffes he has already committed and his support actually increasing, hard to see him going away any time soon.

The majority of Republicans were bashing Bush long before this jerk emerged.  The difference between those people and Trump is they actually based their bashing on substance.
