Considering that I'm the one asking... The Odds are against that... 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However... in this case... I've never known why it's called off sale.

 

I believe it has to do with where you can drink what you purchase.

 

As said above, off-premises sales are generally bottle (although I believe they can be single serving) but must be consumed off the premises of the selling establishment.

 

On premises are generally open containers/Glasses and under most local ordinances must be consumed in the selling establishment.

 

Of course that is a "northern" way of doing things. I've never understood places like Texas where you have to buy a bottle and a membership to drink it. I also don't understand the "drive through" margaritas shops theysupposedly have in New Orleans.

  I liked Boston where I could buy beer at 3 am if I was that messed up. hehehe

Didn't see the game and haven't read the thread but had to comment:

Patrick Reusse once wrote that if you pay attention to a major league baseball game you will see something you have never seen before. In this game I didn't have to look hard; I've never seen a 3-run single before. Credit Dozier for never slowing down, Glynn for sending him and Marte in left field for nonchalanting.
