At first I thought you were coming to burn me at the stake for saying that the North Stars are a non-existent team. Or maybe it was just because I got bored and left until I knew the game was over.

It was the mob coming for the Twins pitching staff... at least those that pitched today.  I had to vent my frustration.

Well, yes. Yes, if that's what you call the North Stars. Just count your blessings that I was never a North Star fan, or I'd be ripping your heart out and eating it with a relish...and burning the remains with the Tigers. Is that beyond Ish?

I used to have visions of Mauer being something like Miguel Cabrera. Sigh...

 

 

I just have visions of Mauer being Jason Kendall.

My two bits: Anibal Sanchez is a very good pitcher, he seems to do very well against us. The Twins are a work in progress, but there is no reason to hang our heads. Pelfrey will reveal his true self and be gone at some point this season and Berrios or some other hotshot will take his place.

 

I still believe this team can meet the challenge of 81 wins.
